Onboard Studio PRO features are part of the MyRacing PRO Plan. First, register for a Rider FREE account at myracing.online. Next, log in, and go to the Subscriptions page in the app menu to activate PRO Plan. Once active, Onboard Studio becomes available in the Tools section of your app.
Everything you need for a quick side-by-side comparison:
- Side-by-side comparison — Load two onboard videos and watch them play together on one screen. See the differences in racing line, body position, and corner approach at a glance — no editing software needed.
- Independent video positioning — Click either panel to make it active, then scrub, seek, or frame-step that video independently. Find the same reference point on both videos before you start comparing — even if one recording started minutes before the other.
- Per-video scrub bars — Each video has its own mini timeline. Click anywhere to jump to that point in the recording without losing your place on the other video.
- Nudge sync controls — Fine-tune alignment with ±0.1s, ±1s, and ±5s nudge buttons for each rider independently. Get both videos to show the same corner entry, braking board, or S/F line crossing — precisely.
- Frame-by-frame stepping — Step forward or backward one frame at a time. See the exact moment of braking, tip-in, or throttle application. The detail you miss at full speed becomes obvious frame by frame.
- Playback speed control — Slow down to 0.1x for detailed analysis or speed up to 2x to scan through a full session. Both videos always stay in sync at whatever speed you choose.
- Independent audio — Toggle sound on either video. Listen to one rider's engine note to spot gear selection differences, or mute both for visual-only analysis.
- Keyboard shortcuts — Every control has a keyboard shortcut. Space, arrows, Tab, frame step — once you learn the shortcuts, analysis flows without touching the mouse.
- Multi-language interface — Available in English, Polish, German, Spanish, and French. Auto-detects your browser language.
No account needed. No upload. Just drop your videos and start.
Everything in the free version, plus tools that tell you exactly where time is gained and lost:
- Wait For Me — corner-by-corner sync — The faster rider reaches the braking board first? Freeze them. Let the slower rider's video keep playing until they reach the same point. The time between freeze and catch-up is your sector delta — the exact amount of time gained or lost in that section. No GPS, no data logger, no telemetry hardware. Just two videos and your eyes.
- Sector timing and deltas — Every mark creates a sector entry with a precise time delta. The sector panel shows each section: who was faster, by how much, and the cumulative gap. Rename sectors to match your track — "T3 entry," "Back straight," "Chicane exit" — and build a complete picture of where time lives on the lap.
- Sync anchor point — Set a home position where both videos show the same physical point on track. Return to it anytime with one keystroke. No matter how deep you go into sector analysis, you're always one click away from your starting reference.
- Synced replay — After marking your sectors, replay the entire lap with automatic corner-by-corner alignment. The faster rider pauses at each split point while the slower rider catches up — then both resume together. Watch lines, body position, and throttle application compared at the exact same corner, every corner, without touching any controls.
- Undo and recover — Made a bad mark? Undo the last sector split and jump back to where you were. Build your analysis iteratively without fear of losing work.
- Export sector data to MyRacing (coming soon) — Send your sector analysis directly to your MyRacing rider profile. Your comparison data becomes part of your racing history, tracked across sessions and circuits.
- AI coaching on your sectors (coming soon) — Your sector deltas feed into the MyRacing AI Coach. It cross-references where you're losing time with track physics, your bike's setup data, tire compound behavior, and your own riding history from previous sessions. Instead of just knowing you lost 0.8s on the back straight, you'll understand why — and get a specific recommendation on what to change.
- Voice corner notes (coming soon) — Record voice observations during analysis — "rear sliding on T5 exit," "braking too deep into T10." Notes are timestamped, linked to the corner, and transcribed in your language. They feed directly into your AI Coach context for your next pre-race briefing. Available in English, Polish, German, Spanish, and French.
PRO costs $4.59/month — less than 1 litre of race fuel.
No. Your videos are never uploaded, stored, or accessed by us. Everything runs locally in your browser. Your footage never leaves your device. This applies to both the free and PRO versions.
MP4, MOV, WEBM, and any other format your browser can play. Works with GoPro, DJI, Insta360, phone recordings, and any action camera output.
Press Tab to switch between panels. Use arrow keys, frame step (comma/period), or click the mini scrub bar on each video to position them independently. Use the nudge buttons (±0.1s, ±1s, ±5s) for fine alignment. Once both show the same point on track, they play together in sync.
The tool works in mobile browsers but is designed for desktop or laptop. Keyboard shortcuts and the side-by-side layout work best with a full-size screen.
