Before the bike goes in the van
An event date is a useful place to begin organising the work. In MyRacing, the planned motorcycle, setup and tyres can sit with that outing in Event Hub. Maintenance records show what has been recorded as done, and checklists keep the remaining preparation in view.
If a mechanic is helping, Rider Pro lets you share the relevant motorcycle records and choose whether they may edit them. They use a separate free Mechanic account, with their own parts inventory, and can record service work or prepare a setup proposal with the appropriate access. The preparation can continue between visits to the workshop.
Start with the riding you have already done
A new account does not have to mean an empty season. Rider Journal brings in published lap histories from supported sources such as MYLAPS Speedhive and Rehm/RaceNova, plus selected timing reports. Their detail depends on the publication, but earlier visits can give you a picture of your pace before the next booking comes around.
Your own notes and ordinary session records have a place too. A setup linked to a session tells you when it was used; the selected tyres and recorded conditions describe more of that day. You can begin collecting this history without telemetry equipment.
During the day, the plan becomes an actual ride
The setup you intended to use in the morning may be different by the afternoon. Keeping the selected configuration and tyres with each logged session preserves that distinction. Your observations belong to the version you rode, which matters when you later decide what to keep or change.
Pulse adds a closer record of the movement. With Rider Pro, your phone’s GPS and motion sensors provide a starting point for telemetry recording and analysis. Compatible equipment can extend it: an external GPS for position detail, a Bluetooth LE OBD adapter for the ECU channels your bike supplies, or a heart-rate sensor to record your effort. The Pulse page explains those combinations.
The recording also gives you a way to see a lap you did not film. On supported layouts, 3D replay reconstructs your path through the circuit. You can watch it alone or alongside a session shared by a coach or friend, including one from a different day. GPS quality and alignment with the track model determine the precision of the reconstructed line.
Afterwards, choose the question worth pursuing
The day has left more than a best lap. You may want to recover a setup that felt comfortable, investigate a quicker passage or compare your ride with someone else’s. Because the motorcycle records and sessions are available together, you can establish which ride and configuration the question concerns.
There are different ways to examine it. Pulse analysis lets you inspect the recorded movement and available channels. If you have onboard footage, Onboard Studio compares two local films in a browser, without uploading them or requiring a Pulse session. Basic comparison is free; Rider Pro adds split timing and synced replay.
For preparation questions, AI Racing Coach can use saved motorcycle, session and event context. That saves having to describe the whole background again when asking about the next outing. Detailed inspection of raw Pulse channels remains in the telemetry tools, and suggestions need your judgement against the conditions and equipment specifications.
The basic Event Hub is available on Free, with AI checklist suggestions and Coach support added in Pro. Race Ready also relates rider preparation to the season calendar. The plan comparison explains the scope, so you can choose around the way you use the platform.
The next booking has a history behind it
By the next visit, the earlier event can tell you what was prepared, what you recorded using and what you noticed afterwards. You may keep the same setup or try another; either way, the decision has a particular ride behind it. MyRacing connects these parts so the work and experience of one track day remain useful when the next one begins.
